Dear Beautiful Soul,

I created a pace just for you. I see how hard you work. I see how worn out you are. I see how much you give to others without asking for much in return. I see your secret thoughts playing in your brain, “Is this all there is?” and “When does it get to be my turn to receive?” And yet, you put on the smile, showing up for everyone else, irrespective of your wants and needs.

You’re the responsible one. You’re the high achieving one. You're the one everyone else looks to when they have a need.

You’re strong. You’re capable. And you are worthy. My beautiful sister soul on this journey, I want you to know that you’re worthy simply because you exist. There’s absolutely nothing that you need to do in order to gain Love, attention, or validation. You are not broken. You are perfect, whole, and complete.
